No warranties

• →Data is sourced from publicly available sources including WHO, World Bank, national regulatory authorities, and UNICEF supply data.
• →All data carries last-verified dates and may not reflect the most current regulatory or market conditions.
• →Vantro makes no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• →The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

• →Vantro Health is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on platform output.
• →In no event shall Vantro's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
• →Always verify regulatory, procurement, and market entry requirements with qualified local professionals.

Intellectual property

• →All Vantro content, methodology, scoring frameworks, platform design, and generated output are proprietary.
• →You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercialise Vantro output without prior written permission.
• →Internal use within your organisation for market access planning is permitted.

Prohibited use

• →You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• →You may not reverse engineer the platform's methodology or scoring models.
• →You may not use Vantro output to train AI models or build competing products or services.
• →Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
