Vantro Health (“Vantro”, “we”, “us”) operates vantrohealth.com, a market entry intelligence platform for regulated health product companies. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Who we are

Vantro Health is a market access intelligence platform helping medtech, diagnostics, and digital health companies enter global health markets. We are accessible at vantrohealth.com.

What we collect

→Name, email address, and company — collected only when you voluntarily submit a lead or access form.
→Usage data — markets and product types you search for, used to improve the platform.
→No account system exists. We do not collect passwords or create user profiles.

What we do not do

→We do not sell your data to any third party.
→We do not use your data for advertising or retargeting.
→We do not share your information with partners, data brokers, or analytics networks.

Payment data

Any paid features are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or handle card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Data storage

Submitted lead data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS.

Local storage

We use your browser's localStorage to track free-tier usage (number of briefs generated). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Your rights

→You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
→Email hello@vantrohealth.com with your request.
→We will respond within 30 days and confirm deletion.
